Maybe Frank has a better chance than I thought in the Misaki fight... He has been training with John Lewis, in the gi, and attained his purple belt in BJJ.
For those that don't know, (I say that as if someone other than my mom is reading. Mom knows all about gi/nogi training, she is cool like that, Ninja moms always are.) training with the gi sharpens your ground technique. This is because there are so many different ways to hold on to position with the gi, that you just don't have with out the gi. That means that your technique must be absolutely perfect in order for it to work against a skilled guy. Escapes and reversals that work by just straight power with out the gi, just make you tried with.
